When can I expect to receive my ordered items from Studio GL?
On all in-stock items, you should expect your package within 15 business days. Feel free to call Studio GL for a tracking number. If an item is out of stock or being custom made, your package can arrive anywhere from 2-12 weeks.
How do I know if the piece I am receiving is genuine?
Studio GL guarantees every piece of jewelry we produce. We use all natural gemstones and
genuine sterling silver and 14k gold. If a piece has a simulated stone or is plated, it will be
specified in the item’s description.
