At Studio GL it is our goal to completely satisfy the customer. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to issue either a refund or exchange. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on most jewelry, except items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Unless the item is defective, we do not credit shipping charges. Your total purchase minus the shipping costs is what we will refund. Returns and exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the merchandise. A return/exchange authorization from Studio GL is required prior to returning any merchandise. The original invoice must accompany all returns and exchanges. A 10% restocking fee will be issued if the return does not have all its original paperwork. There are NO refunds on custom, sized, engraved, or pieces of jewelry that have been altered from their original state as listed on the site. Shipping is non-refundable. Any return not having a return/exchange authorization number will be refused. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Custom ordered jewelry is not refundable under any circumstances. Custom orders include items ordered in a non-stock size, custom manufactured jewelry, special gemstones, and any item which has been altered from its original design. Deposits for custom items are not refundable under any circumstances. ***When returning your package it is best to insure it for the full selling price. Studio GL does not take responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise that is being returned to us via shipping.

The Return Process:
1. Contact customer service and request an authorization number for your order number.
2. Print out the Return/Exchange form and fill it out in its entirety.
3. When shipping the package be sure to write your authorization number on the outside of the package. Please ship to the following address;

4. Once we receive your package it will be checked for its condition and authenticity.
5. A refund will be issued within 15 business days after goods are accepted.

5. A customer service agent will then contact the customer in order to verify the new items that are being sent out, in exchange for the returns.
6. If a credit is due to you from the remaining balance it will be credited within 15 days after receipt and inspection of goods. However, if the customer owes towards the remaining balance the customer will then pay the difference.
